CBC for Adults.

As adults we are expected to successfully function at the pace set by the society in which we live in. We aim to balance personal and professional life. However, there are times when the pressure to perform becomes overwhelming and we find ourselves unable to cope in one or more areas of adult life.

We question our abilities and self-worth to a point where we are unable to see a way forward, and lose sight of our dreams and aspirations.

As a Cognitive-Behavioural Coach I work with individuals to identify what toxic behaviours and thought patterns are present in their personal and / or professional life which has left them feeling “stuck”, and preventing the individual from reaching their full potential.
